  • SEÑORÍO DE BENIDORM CHARDONNAY

    White organic wine.

    The vineyard is situated very close to the winery. A single vineyard with
    royat cord whose pruning, irrigation, treatment and health protection are conducted
    with the utmost attention to obtain an optimal and balanced production of grapes that
    reach the best quality.

  • SEÑORÍO DE BENIDORM

    This is a real Mediterranean wine made with grapes brimming with personality such as Monastrell and Syrah.

    Description: Young oaked wine aged for 100 days in the cask.

    Production: Grapes are picked at the optimum point of ripening from old Monastrell and Syrah vines. Cold carbonic maceration and low-temperature fermentation.

    Right from the start we wanted Señorio de Benidorm to be a different, unique wine by selecting the grapes from the vine and using with low-temperature fermentation to extract all the aromas from the grapes, with sweet, creamy tannins and a glossy colour.

    We choose a selection of French, American and Hungarian oak casks to enhance the fruit. One hundred days in the cask causes the micro-oxygenation that gives this wine its lively, fresh personality and guarantees its sensory properties and quality.

    The original packaging design is a homage to Benidorm, one of the world’s best-known holiday destinations. The glass is engraved with a symbolic image of Benidorm: its skyline, island and lapping waves.

    Es un vino espumoso diferente y exclusivo. De uvas aromáticas, color pálido y muy fresco. De burbuja pequeña, ligera y rápida, lo que le da un espumante diferente y refrescante.

    Sólo tiene 7% de graduación alcohólica. Una deliciosa y sorprendente elección para aquellos aficionados al vino que quieren probar algo diferente, y como nó, para aquellos no tan avanzados en el mundo del vino que desean iniciarse.

    Natural fermentation sparkling white wine, made from a selection of grape varieties: Chardonnay, Merseguera and Macabeo. 10%vol

  • MARINA ESPUMANTE

    It is a sparkling wine of aromatic varieties, pale and very fresh. It has a small bubble, lightweight and fast, which gives a different and refreshing sparkling with 7% Vol.

  • MARINA ALTA

    Made from a very special grape variety, ALEXANDRIA MUSCATEL, whose selection, degree of ageing and painstakingly controlled fermentation, all enable its freshness, aroma and taste to be preserved much like a succulent delight, which, when tasted, leaves an unforgettable memory on the palate.
    Elaboration: Light crushing of de-stemmed grapes, fermented in small-capacity stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature following film maceration.

  • LAUDUM ROSÉ

    After a few hours of maceration to extract all the aromatic intensity and flavour of the fruit, the must undergoes a controlled, low-temperature fermentation to produce this exceptional wine of outstanding personality. Its pure fruit flavour is the quintessence of Alicante’s traditional grape variety: Monastrell.Soft, round and well balanced, it is easy to drink and very pleasant on the palate.

  • LAUDUM ROBLE

    Wine with 4 months of aging in French, American and Hungarian fine-grained oak barrels. Made from old strains of Monastrell over 40 years and Syrah 15 years.

    Laudum Roble is a red wine whose packaging tries to exploit the latinity of the Roman origin of the mark LAUDUM, being the bottle of this wine the protagonist to be designed in the form of a classic column. 2016 World Design Award in „The Dieline Awards“

  • LAUDUM CRIANZA

    Carefully made from the finest MONASTRELL grapes from old vines, and then rounded off with CABERNET SAUVIGNON and MERLOT grapes following the criteria of the oenologist, this fine wine is later aged in oak.
    LAUDUM CRIANZA was aged for 16 months in new American and French oak casks.

  • LAUDUM CHARDONNAY BARRICA

    The unique taste of this wine reflects the character of the finest CHARDONNAY grapes, ripened under the sun and caressed by the gentle Mediterranean breeze.

    After a 24-hour cold maceration, LAUDUM CHARDONNAY was left to ferment in new Allier and Nevers oak casks until it was time for bottling.

  • LAUDUM BARRICA ESPECIAL

    Following a careful selection of the best vines with native MONASTRELL grapes, this wine is the fruit of tradition and centuries of winemaking culture combined with advanced technology. LAUDUM BARRICA ESPECIAL was aged for 6 months in American and French oak casks to provide all the senses with a perfectly clean, bright ruby-red wine.

  • Fuego Lento

    Este vino es fruto de la viticultura que se practicaba antaño en la DO Alicante y que pretendemos preservar. Con uvas procedentes de viñedos cultivados a más de 600 metros de altura y bajo unas condiciones climáticas extremas se elabora este singular vino.

    Las vides de Monastrell de más de 50 años de edad sobre un suelo franco calcáreo de perfil muy profundo y repleto de cantos rodados que facilitan el drenaje, aportan la fruta, la elegancia y la untuosidad propias de los vinos mediterráneos.

    Las vides de Alicante Bouschet aportan concentración y expresan la mineralidad de nuestros suelos.

    Las vides de Syrah aportan frescor, profundidad y notas florales que contribuyen a su complejidad.

    Una elaboración muy cuidadosa, fundamentada en una estricta selección de las uvas en el viñedo y en la mesa de selección, permite realizar largas maceraciones destinadas a la extracción de toda la riqueza que estas uvas encierran.

    Una paciente crianza en roble francés y su posterior permanencia en botella permiten que este vino de guarda maduré a fuego lento.

    Este vino ha sido elaborado por el equipo técnico de Bocopa J.Madridgal, D. Llopis y A. Santonja bajo la dirección técnica de Gaspar Tomás y el asesoramiento del profesor Fernando Zamora de la universidad Rovira y Virgili.

  • FONDILLÓN ALONE

    Bocopa continúa con la gran tradición de este vino, que llevó el nombre de Alicante a todos los continentes. Fue el primer vino en dar la vuelta al mundo con Magallanes.

    Oriundo de las antiguas viñas alicantinas, el Fondillón procede de la cepa Monastrell, cuyas selectas uvas, de grano menudo y dulce, se vendimian muy maduras con el fin de aumentar su ya alta concentración de azúcar.

    Su armonioso color y su limpio e inconfundible sabor se deben a la variedad de uva y al hecho de que los orujos permanezcan en contacto con el mosto durante todo el proceso de fermentación. Finalizado ésta y una vez estudiadas las características de cada vendimia, se inicia la auténtica crianza del Fondillón, al menos durante 8 años, en barricas de roble de 1.500 litros.

     

  • ALCANTA ROSADO

    From 100% select MONASTRELL grapes comes this ALCANTA ROSÉ. A harvest wine with a surprisingly attractive freshness, lightness, and the unmistakable stamp of the MONASTRELL variety, ideally suited to pleasurable daily socialising over the dining table.

  • ALCANTA RED YOUNG

    Made from low yield vineyards which produce small fruits with a perfect
    balance of sugar and polyphenols. The grapes macerate and ferment for one week
    in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C to preserve the fruit and extract the
    tannins.

  • ALCANTA CRIANZA

    El sabor único de este vino refleja la casta de las mejores viñas de Monastrell y Tempranillo. Una selección de las cosechas maduradas al sol y mecidas por la suave brisa mediterránea. Alcanta Crianza es fruto de una fusión perfecta entre el Mediterráneo y nuestra tierra. Reposa en barrica de roble americano y francés durante doce meses, afinándose posteriormente en la botella como mínimo doce meses más, antes de su salida definitiva al mercado.

  • ALCANTA BLANCO

    From select MACABEO and MERSEGUERA grapes comes this ALCANTA WHITE. A harvest wine that is surprisingly fresh and natural, ideally suited to pleasurable drinking and daily use.
