Laudum Sauvignon Blanc

The grapes used to make this exclusive wine come from Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in Cascante at an altitude of 550 metres above sea level. The soils are sandy loam with a large amount of pebbles.

Harvested by hand in 20kg crates, the grapes are then cold cryomacerated for 12 hours to extract the tropical aromas typical of the variety.

Selected berry by berry on the table, with fermentation in ovoid concrete tanks at low temperature and subsequent ageing on lees for 6 months.
